Stefanie is responsible for ensuring that Hearthstone at Murrayhill's assisted living and independent living residents and their guests have a wonderful dining experience. She hires, trains and supervises Hearthstone at Murrayhill's large staff of servers, schedules private dining parties, and organizes the catering for special events.
